SURIMI PUFF PASTRY

Ingredients

300 g puff pastry
180 g SURIMI crumbled
60 g finely chopped onion
60 g cream cheese
30g mayonnaise
1 egg to varnish

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180

  1. To roll out the puff pastry you need to have a floured surface and a rolling pin.
  2. Spread the puff pastry into a rectangle. Approximately 30cm.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, surimi, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the filling in a line in the middle of the puff pastry.
  5. Beat the egg and varnish the edges of the puff pastry so that it can be rolled and the dough sticks.
  6. Once you have the roll, form the thread, bringing the two edges together to close the circle.
  7. Place a tray with waxed paper on a copper thread, make some cuts along the edges, and varnish the surface of the thread with egg.
  8. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
