SEAFOOD WITH SURIMI

Ingredients

200 g SURIMI bars
400 g seafood mix of your choice: squid, fish, mussels, shrimp.
30 g olive oil
50 g chopped bacon
100 g chopped ham
10 g garlic finely chopped
50 g onion finely chopped
150 g red pepper finely chopped
30 ml white wine
60 g grated Manchego cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place a frying pan on the stove, over medium heat.
  2. Add the olive oil, garlic, onion, and bacon to brown.
  3. Add the seafood, and red pepper.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, add the white wine.
  5. Add the SURIMI bars in pieces, let it boil for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the grated cheese and let it melt.
  7. Remove from heat and serve.
