180 g SURIMI in pieces
100 g spinach and mixed lettuce, ready to eat.
½ oz soy sauce (15 ml)
½ oz olive oil (15 ml)
300 g peaches, cubed
150 g Tofu (drained)
60 g Sesame dressing
Preparación:
Drain the Tofu, place in a container and marinate with the soy sauce, add olive oil to a frying pan and grill the Tofu. Heat on both sides, remove from the pan, let cool and cut into cubes.
On a salad plate, place a layer of spinach and mixed greens, peaches, tofu and a portion of sesame dressing. Cover again with another layer of spinach and mixed lettuce, peaches, tofu and season with sesame seeds.
Decorate with sesame seeds and leave ready to serve
