1. Remove the edges of the squash, cut the squash in half lengthwise.
2. With a spoon remove the filling of the squash and set aside for later preparation.

4. Sprinkle with sea salt and put in the microwave oven heat for 3 minutes.
5. The time depends on each oven ( leave the squash: halfway cooked).
6. Leave the squash ready for filling.
Prepare the filling:
7. Place a frying pan on the stove, over medium heat.
8. Add the oil, the garlic, the onion, and chopped filling of the squash.
9. Add the tomato puree, fine herbs and mix the ingredients.
10. Add salt and pepper to taste.
11. Remove the filling from the stove and add the crumbled SURIMI and grated cheese.
12. Mix al the ingredients and stuff the halves squash.
13. Place it in a baking tray.
14. Preheat the oven to 180 ª C for 20 minutes bake the stuffed zucchini for or until the cheese browns.
15. Remove from the oven and serve.
