EGG SOUP WITH SURIMI

Ingrédients

500 ml water
50 g celery, chopped into cubes
10 g onion cubed
10 g chopped chives
10 g vegetable broth and/or chicken broth powder
1 g finely chopped ginger (skin removed)
½ piece Nori seaweed in pieces
1 piece egg
1 stick of SURIMI in pieces

To serve: chopped cilantro and soy sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, place the water, celery, onion, chives, nori seaweed, ginger and vegetable broth. Heat over medium heat.
  2. In a container beat the egg.
  3. When the broth boils, add the egg little by little with a fork and stir until it is cooked, let it boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the cubed Surimi and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. To serve, place some chopped cilantro leaves and salt soy to taste.
