FRIED RICE WITH SURIMI

Ingrédients
30 ml olive oil (1 oz)
30 g diced onion (1 oz)
60 g diced bell pepper (2 oz)
60 g diced zucchini (2 oz)
60 g diced carrot (2 oz)
60 g surimi, chopped (2 oz)
60 g diced green beans (2 oz)
30 g diced broccoli (1 oz)
200 g cooked white rice (7 oz)
2 beaten eggs
30 g soy sauce (1 oz)
Salt and pepper
Instructions
To serve
: garnish with sprinkled black sesame seeds and coriander leaf
Preparation
:
Place a skillet on the stove over medium heat.
Add the olive oil and sauté the onion and diced vegetables: bell pepper, zucchini, carrots, green beans, and broccoli.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and continue cooking on medium heat until the vegetables are roasted.
In another skillet, prepare scrambled eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the rice to the skillet with the vegetables and mix with the scrambled eggs.
Add soy sauce and stir all ingredients together.
Finally, add the chopped surimi and remove from heat.
To serve, spoon into a deep plate and sprinkle black sesame seeds over the top.
Ready to eat.
