SURIMI CAKES

Ingredients

250 g crumbled SURIMI bars
30 g tomato puree
100 g whole cream
2 pieces of egg
80 g grated Manchego cheese
20 g butter
30 g breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Grease the muffin molds with butter and then flour them with the breadcrumbs and remove the bread that is not stuck in the butter. Leave the molds ready for use.
  2. In a container, mix the cream, tomato puree, eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add the crumbled SURIMI and the grated cheese, mix all the ingredients and transfer the mixture to the 4 prepared muffin molds.
  4. Place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 180° C for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes, then unmold.
  7. Leave ready to serve, ideal for a high-protein lunch.
