SURIMI CANNELLONI

SURIMI CANNELLONI

Ingredients

200 g SURIMI bars
15 g butter
40 g onion finely chopped
5 g finely chopped garlic
50 g finely chopped celery
100 g red pepper finely chopped
60 g tomato puree
10 g finely chopped parsley
10 pieces of cannelloni pasta
250 g whole cream
1 piece of egg
100 g grated Manchego cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place a frying pan on the stove, over medium heat.
  2. Add the butter, brown the garlic, onion, parsley, celery, and bell pepper.
  3. Add tomato puree, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Crush the SURIMI, mix with the ingredients and remove from the heat, ready to fill the Cannelloni.
  5. Follow the instructions on the Cannelloni package (that you chose to buy) boil in hot water and cooking time. Remove from the water to be able to fill.
  6. Fill the cannelloni with the SURIMI filling.
  7. Prepare the sauce: mix the cream with the egg, salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Place the cannelloni in a baking dish, cover with the prepared cream sauce and grated cheese.
  9. Bake at 180° C for 20 to 30 minutes, until the cheese is golden. Ready to serve.
