SURIMI DUMPLINGS IN RICE LEAF

Ingredients

1 sticks of crumbled SURIMI
100 g finely chopped zucchini
100 g finely chopped cabbage.
100 g finely chopped carrot
15 ml olive oil
30 ml oyster sauce
8 rice paper

Cooking oil to fry the dumplings

Serve with soy sauce and decorate with chopped chives.

Instructions

  1. Place a frying pan on the stove over low heat, add the oil and begin to fry the vegetables. Mix the zucchini, carrot and cabbage.
  2. Let it cook until the water is removed from the vegetables, once roasted, add the oyster sauce.
  3. Turn off the heat and mix all the ingredients well.
  4. Prepare a frying pan with oil to fry the dumplings over low heat.
  5. Place water on an extended plate and soak the rice paper for 15 seconds, remove from the water and place on a surface, fill with the vegetable preparation and roll up.
  6. Place another rice paper to soak and roll the dumpling with another layer. (there are two rice per piece).
