SURIMI SALAD

SURIMI SALAD

Ingredients

180 g SURIMI in pieces
100 g spinach and mixed lettuce, ready to eat.
½ oz soy sauce (15 ml)
½ oz olive oil (15 ml)
300 g peaches, cubed
150 g Tofu (drained)
60 g Sesame dressing

Instructions

  1. Drain the Tofu, place in a container and marinate with the soy sauce, add olive oil to a frying pan and grill the Tofu. Heat on both sides, remove from the pan, let cool and cut into cubes.
  2. On a salad plate, place a layer of spinach and mixed greens, peaches, tofu and a portion of sesame dressing. Cover again with another layer of spinach and mixed lettuce, peaches, tofu and season with sesame seeds.
  3. Decorate with sesame seeds and leave ready to serve
